Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement service product roadmap
  • Manage service product lifecycles; including pricing, costing, training etc.
  • Develop and implement strategy to grow service sales
  • Ensure successful launch of new service product offerings
  • Ensure profitability and growth of current service products
  • Build and lead team of service sales agents

Job requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration with the focus on Marketing, Sales, Product Management or Entrepreneurship or studies in the field of Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong office & ERP skills
  • Good communication skills in English and German
  • Independent working style, a high degree of assertiveness and sense of responsibility
  • Strong ability to work in an international team and leading discussions
  • Strong communication skills

The position is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry.
The actual salary is above the collective agreement and depends on professional qualifications and experience.
