We are looking for you to join our Digital Marketing Team as a Senior Manager Demand Generation (m/f/x).

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the Demand Generation team, while supporting the transformation towards Next Generation Marketing & Sales
  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies across multiple channels (e.g. paid / organic search, paid social, events, webinars, partnerships, email etc.) that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Analyzing CRM data to come up with high impact demand generation programmes that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle
  • Setting ambitious goals, define and improve KPIs and metrics along the buyer journey & supporting the set up of leadind scoring mechanisms to indicate sales readiness
  • Working closely with Sales Operations, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams (e.g. social marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, marketing automation etc.) to orchestrate growth throughout the funnel and maintain a constant pipeline of high-quality accounts and contacts & collaborating with data teams to set up marketing contribution models
  • Supporting the set up of the marketing tech stack, working closely with the sales and marketing operations teams to build scalable acquisition and nurturing (HubSpot / Salesforce)
  • Deliver critical reporting and analysis to fuel marketing optimization

Job requirements

  • Experience: multiple years of experience in leading Growth (Acquisition & Conversion) teams for growing B2B companies with a mix of self-serve and assisted sales. Demonstrated success in supporting multi-market efforts, complex marketing campaigns, and a team approach to selling for direct sales and channel-based. Full proficiency working with CRM stacks (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven, asks questions & finds answers
  • Empathetic modus operandi by utilising the power of metrics and insights to enable the Demand Generation team to be successful
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally at multiple levels of a multi-cultural organization including executives, to solve problems and develop strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Able to drive projects to completion and organize/prioritize work for self and the teams. Sustain execution and urgency in the work processes.
  • Strong Communicator: Executive presence and polish with the ability to work and communicate at executive level while still staying hands-on with the Demand Generation team. The ability to clearly articulate the company's growth strategy and plans, so everyone understands the vision and goals.

The position is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry.
The actual salary is above the collective agreement and depends on professional qualifications and experience.
