Sales Product Specialist South East Europe (m/f/d)
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales and growth strategies in the B2B segment
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
- Support and manage distributors and sales partners
- Serve as the regional product expert for digital dental solutions
- Deliver professional product training sessions and workshops
- Perform on-site installations, configuration, and system setup
- Provide technical support and workflow consulting to customers
- Prepare and lead presentations, webinars, training, etc. for both internal and external purposes
- Attend and assist with all aspects of trade shows
- Ability to travel to partners, customers, trade shows, headquarters over the whole region
Job requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of customer orientation
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, international environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
- Proven experience in B2B sales in dental, medical devices, or CAD/CAM technologies
- Experience and working knowledge of competitive CAD/CAM systems in the market
- Strong technical affinity with the ability to understand and explain digital workflows and systems
- Proficient language skills in English are required
- Language skills in Italian or Balkan languages e.g. Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, Slovenian, etc. is considered as an advantage
- Strong willingness to travel
