Regional Sales Manager South East Europe (m/f/d)
Key responsibilities
- South East Europe Market, especially Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Greece
- Take ownership of a high potential region and build long term market leadership
- Expand market share across SEE and build a high-performance partner network
- Empower partners with product knowledge, sales tools and the ability to win competitive business
- Strong focus on B2B partnerships and Management of distributors across multiple countries
- Prepare annual forcasts and budgets, monitor progress and set strategic actions in coordination with the head of sales
- Coach and motivate distribution partners, conduct performance reviews and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term customer and partner satisfaction
- Attend and assist with all aspects of trade shows
- Ability to travel to customers, trade shows, headquarters, etc.
Job requirements
- Completed education in the field of dental technology or studies in business administration with a focus on Sales, Product Management or Entrepreneurship
- Dental background is mandatory
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Very good language skills in English
- Independent working style and a high sense of responsibility
- Initiative, independent working style, customer service orientation
- Ideally residence in the sales area
