Key responsibilities

  • Sales and budget responsibility for the region
  • Management and development of the sales team
  • Establishment and maintenance of a cooperative relationship between direct sales and trading partners
  • Regular target and planning meetings with the area managers
  • Efficient cooperation with all supporting sales departments (e.g. internal sales, service, etc.)
  • Active design and development of the regional sales strategy

Job requirements

  • Completed degree or extensive professional experience in dental technology
  • Profound knowledge of sales and management in the field of dental technology or related areas
  • Results- and solution-oriented work, initiative and strong communication skills as well as the ability to implement ideas
  • Very good analytical and organisational skills
  • Very good written and spoken english skills, other languages are an advantage
  • Mobility and willingness to travel in the sales area
