Regional Sales Director APAC
Key responsibilities
- Sales and budget responsibility for the region
- Management and development of the sales team
- Establishment and maintenance of a cooperative relationship between direct sales and trading partners
- Regular target and planning meetings with the area managers
- Efficient cooperation with all supporting sales departments (e.g. internal sales, service, etc.)
- Active design and development of the regional sales strategy
Job requirements
- Completed degree or extensive professional experience in dental technology
- Profound knowledge of sales and management in the field of dental technology or related areas
- Results- and solution-oriented work, initiative and strong communication skills as well as the ability to implement ideas
- Very good analytical and organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken english skills, other languages are an advantage
- Mobility and willingness to travel in the sales area
