To strengthen our Global Training team at our Mäder location, we are seeking a full-time (38,5h/week) Junior Manager Global Training and Education (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the global transfer of product, application, and sales know-how to internal and external stakeholders through online and offline training formats, ensuring consistent communication of Amann Girrbach’s value proposition in alignment with departmental objectives
  • Support the development of the Training & Education function as a strategic business pillar by contributing to sustainable concepts, measurable business impact, and long-term value creation
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global training standards and programs for customers, partners, and employees, while coordinating training activities across relevant internal departments
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a global trainer network as well as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network to support knowledge transfer, product promotion, and marketing initiatives worldwide
  • Gather and channel customer and employee feedback to support product management and product development activities
  • Plan, organize, and deliver workshops, training courses, webinars, presentations, employee trainings, and online community engagements to ensure effective knowledge sharing and skills development

Job requirements

  • Completed training as a Dental Technician with several years of professional experience in a dental laboratory and solid CAD/CAM expertise
  • Experience in developing and delivering product, application, sales, and customer training, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with confidence in interacting with dental professionals, customers, partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Proficiency in digital learning formats, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Customer-focused, hands-on, and proactive personality with strong organizational and conceptual skills
  • Good German and excellent English skills; additional languages, adult education qualifications, or Medical Device Advisor certification are an advantage
