Key responsibilities

  • Field Service: set up and run the tools, methodologies, processes, escalations and day to day business activities of the global field service organization
  • In-house-service: redesign, optimize and run the depot repair service business
  • Training: ensure a global standard of knowledge and competencies of internal and distributor field service technicians globally
  • Supervise service employees and partners and ensure accountability for carrying out the established delivery processes

Job requirements

  • Completed education in the field of dental technology/engineering or studies in business administration
  • Experience managing a distributor supported service team
  • Very good communication skills in German, English as asset
  • Strong global and economic mindset and ability to grasp and implement complex business processes
  • Independent working style, a high degree of assertiveness and sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills

The position is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry.
The actual salary is above the collective agreement and depends on professional qualifications and experience.
