Key responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, setup and configuaration of complex systems (CNC milling machines, 3D scanners and sintering furnaces), ensuring seamless hardware / software integration
Schedule maintenance acitivities and emergency repairs on mechanical, electronic and pneumatic components
Diagnosis of issues related to digital workflow and mechanical accuracy of the machines
Training laboratory technicians on proper machine operation and daily maintenance procedures
Preparation of detailed service reports and management of spare parts inventory stored in the company vehicle

Job requirements

Completed training in mechanics, electronics or electrotechnics
Extensive knowledge of CNC machines and extraction / cooling systems
Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows and CRM based ticket management
Excellent quality, attention to detail & organisational skills
Customer orientation and strong communication skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Required languages: Italian and English
